Personally, Dave Clare has almost two decades experience in both public and private sector industries and has held increasing levels of responsibility, including Multiple-Branch Management, Sales Management, Project Manager, and President/CEO.

Dave has studied and developed experience in personal growth, goal setting, and training and organizational development. He has worked with many organizations in developing effective processes that produce measurable results. He personally has facilitated two “World Clients of the Year” and one “Canadian Client of the Year” for a large organizational development and motivational company.

After ten years launching pilot programs and projects in the Banking and Finance industry (from Customer Service Centres to Call Centres throughout Australia and Papua New Guinea), Dave became instrumental in designing and developing the first

Call Centre Program for PNGBC Inc. He has created training and development programs for various clients, some of which are F&P Manufacturing – these include Kumi Canada, CIBC Wood Gundy, Clarica, HockShop Canada, H&S Heat Treating and Inco Limited. Dave is a well respected and goals-focused, results-driven individual who has a reputation for delivering measurable results that exceed his clients’ expectations while also delivering balance of life.

He is an accredited facilitator of two international development organizations and is well known as a powerful speaker and presenter who has delivered many motivational messages in his humorous and lively style to large groups of business leaders, both internationally and locally.

•      MTI (Metal Treating Institute) at their spring conference in Hawaii on two topics - The Work/Life Balance and Leadership in the New Economy

•      TEM (Tertiary Education Management Association of Australia & New Zealand) at their 2005 annual conference in Perth, West Australia on two topics –The Work/Life Balance and Creating Value Innovation in the Education system.

•      Healthscore Inc. (www.healthscore.ca) (where he is a regular Guest Speaker) during their across Canada Corporate Wellness Seminar Series (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa). – Selling to companies using the RELAXED sales method, which he developed over many years of research and hand’s-on experience.

Giving back to the community is very important, and Dave has been a member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers of Barrie and Area, The Greater Barrie Area Chamber of Commerce and a Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Barrie.

Along with graduating from many personal development courses and programs, Dave holds his Executive Certification in Management from Edith Cowan University in Western Australia.

Dave currently resides in Mississauga, Ontario Canada with his wife Tova and their three children, Dillon, Mitchell and Jorden.
